Schedule
- The registration desk is open from 16:00 to 20:00 on Sunday, October 24 and from 9:00 to 18:00 during the conference on the first floor.
- The Nara Prefectural New Public Hall is opened from AM 8:50. All participants
do not admit to the Hall before the open time and do not stay after 21:30.
- The events which are traditional Japanese performing arts are planed before banquet.

Information for oral presentation
- All speakers for review, invited and oral sessions are kindly requested
to send the electric file to the local organizing committee (
) to be checked before October 22, 2010. Acceptable presentation formats
are PowerPoint (2003/2007) and PDF formats.
- Oral presentations take place on the "Noh stage" in the "Noh
theater" room. All speakers should stay on time. Time for presentaion
(including question time) as follows;
Review: 40 min
Invited A: 30 min
Invited B: 25 min
Oral: 20 min
- Please mind that a speaker and a chairman on the “Noh stage” is kindly
asked to remove his/her shoes.

Information for poster presentation
- The size of the poster panel is 1200 mm (wide) x 1800 mm (height). A standard
size of A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) is recommended in the maximum.
- An assigned number of each poster presentation is shown in a tag posted
at the upper left corner of the panel.
- Your poster should be displayed at designated poster place by 11:00 AM
to 13:00 PM each day, and then should be removed by 10:00 AM of the next
day.
- Poster presentation time is two hours and at least one of the authors should
be present at the place for 1 hour.

Several organized social and technical events are
being planned.
Excursion: the visitation will be Horyuji temple in October, 27.
Event: Old Japanese court dance and music will be performed in October, 28.
Nara was the capital of Japan from 710 A.D. to 784 A.D, so, it has many
historical shrines and temples containing national treasures. Famous tourist
spots such as Kofukuji Temple, Todaiji Temple, Kasuga Shrine, Nara National Museum are within walking distance from the Nara Prefectural New Public Hall. |
